We are only 3 months from our annual event - there is much to be done. Please see the list below and let us know if you are willing to help.
1. Deadline for the annual yearbook ads is rapidly approaching - please send all ads to Suz Weiss before June 30.
2. We need to get the work out about the event weekend to all media in every area we can. Please send any media contacts to Suz by the middle of July.
3. There will be a couple of work days at the track for clean up, prior to the event. We need as many people as possible to help so we do not have that expense with paid workers. Dates will be announced some time in July.
4. And of course, we will need lots of people on event day, Saturday, September 26.
